Thank you for choosing to use the software developed and operated by Zhengzhou ReBiao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "ReBiao Intelligent") (hereinafter referred to as "ReBiao Intelligent Software", including but not limited to free or paid versions of ReBiao Intelligent Software and different clients of ReBiao Intelligent Software) and services provided by ReBiao Intelligent! The "User Privacy Protection Agreement" (hereinafter "this Agreement") explains the purpose, methods, and scope of ReBiao Intelligent's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information when you use ReBiao Intelligent Software or services, the channels for you to query and correct your information, and the consequences of refusing to provide your personal information.
ReBiao Intelligent attaches great importance to your privacy. Before using ReBiao Intelligent Software or services, please carefully read this Agreement. ReBiao Intelligent will protect any personal information collected during your use of any part or all of ReBiao Intelligent Software and services in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Your actions such as downloading, installing, registering, opening, logging in, browsing, or using any part or all of ReBiao Intelligent Software or services indicate your consent to ReBiao Intelligent collecting, using, storing, and sharing your personal information in accordance with this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

1. Definition of Personal Information
Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific individual alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific individual. This includes personal identity information (name, date of birth, ID number, biometric information, address, contact information, communication records and content, online identity information including account, IP address, email, password, passphrase answers, digital certificates, etc.), property information, transaction information, software usage records, personal location information, etc.

2. Purpose of Collecting, Using, Storing, and Sharing Personal Information
To comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, ReBiao Intelligent may request you to provide accurate personal information when authorizing your use of ReBiao Intelligent Software and/or providing ReBiao Intelligent Services. ReBiao Intelligent will also collect, use, store, and share your personal information.

3. Content, Sources, and Methods of Personal Information Collection
1. The content, sources, and methods of personal information collection by ReBiao Intelligent mainly include:
(1) Information you provide or upload:
ReBiao Intelligent may collect any or all personal information you provide or upload when using ReBiao Intelligent Software, logging in, registering, or using ReBiao Intelligent services. This includes your name, ID number, phone number (including but not limited to mobile number), account creation information, contacts added, and content you send to ReBiao Intelligent for support, such as emails, screenshots, documents, or phone conversations with ReBiao Intelligent customer service.
(2) Personal information collected by ReBiao Intelligent includes:
① Device information: device attributes (e.g., hardware model, OS version, configuration, unique device identifier, IMEI, MAC address, advertising ID IDFA, etc.), connection information (browser type, telecom operator, language), and device status information (sensor data, installed applications). ReBiao Intelligent may associate device information or phone numbers with your ReBiao Intelligent service account.
② Software information: software version, serial number, login protocols, or other software data connecting to ReBiao Intelligent services.
③ Log information: information on your usage of ReBiao Intelligent Software, services, related websites, IP address, downloads, installations, communications, access times, and durations.
④ Location information: regional, country code, city code, network code, cell ID, latitude/longitude, timezone, language.
⑤ Information contained in content you share via ReBiao Intelligent services (metadata).
⑥ Information generated by you through ReBiao Intelligent services.
(3) Information obtained from third parties:
① When using services of ReBiao Intelligent affiliates or partners via ReBiao Intelligent Software, you agree that ReBiao Intelligent may receive, use, aggregate, and analyze your personal information from affiliates or partners, based on your authorization.
② Upon your consent, ReBiao Intelligent may obtain your authorized third-party account information (avatar, nickname, etc.) and bind it to your ReBiao Intelligent account, allowing login via third-party account.
(4) Circumstances where collection without consent is permitted:
① National security or defense; ② Public safety, public health, or significant public interest; ③ Criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, enforcement; ④ Protecting life/property when consent cannot be obtained; ⑤ Publicly disclosed personal information; ⑥ Information from legally public sources (news, government data); ⑦ Necessary for contracts; ⑧ Ensuring product/service security and stability; ⑨ Academic/statistical research with de-identified data; ⑩ Other legal requirements.
2. ReBiao Intelligent may use cookies and similar technologies: cookie storage, website beacons/pixels, mobile analytics software. Cookies help track IP, browser type, ISP, referrer pages, OS, timestamps, clicks, and preferences. You may manage or delete cookies.
3. ReBiao Intelligent may use Umeng SDK to collect device information (IMEI, MAC, Android ID, IDFA, location, etc.) for troubleshooting.
4. ReBiao Intelligent may use Bugly to collect crash info and environment for developer feedback.
5. ReBiao Intelligent may use WeChat SDK for third-party login and sharing; device identifiers, MAC, WLAN info collected.
6. Clipboard content may be accessed to recognize cloud template downloads.
7. Device permissions are requested only for necessary features; refusal limits specific features but not other functions.

4. Consequences of Refusing to Provide Personal Information
Consequences include inability to download/install/upgrade software, register or login accounts, purchase services, access optimal service experience, receive timely support, or participate in marketing activities requiring personal info.

5. Methods and Scope of Using Collected Personal Information
Personal information may be used to: provide ReBiao Intelligent software/services; enhance security; R&D of products/services; send notifications; analyze user behavior for personalized responses; anonymized database analysis; share with third-party partners for legitimate purposes; send marketing info; conduct statistical analysis; big data analysis; other purposes with your consent.

6. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Personal Information
1. Sharing: with explicit consent or authorized partners; only necessary info shared.
2. Transfer: not transferred without explicit consent except under law, merger, or sale.
3. Disclosure: only with consent, legal requirement, or anonymized activity results.

7. Storage and Processing of Collected Information
Personal information may be stored/processed at ReBiao Intelligent or authorized entities. Retention only as necessary or required by law. Technical and administrative security measures employed.

8. Channels for Querying, Correcting, or Deleting Information
Contact ReBiao Intelligent via email at openlabelapp@163.com for inquiries or deletion requests. Use the "Delete Account" feature in software for account deletion.

9. Auto-start and Related Start Explanation
Auto-start may occur for push notifications or file opening with consent. Third-party apps may be triggered to open files.

10. Disclaimer
ReBiao Intelligent is not liable for account info shared by users, third-party service content, hacker attacks, computer viruses, government control, force majeure, authorized disclosure, or legal obligations.

11. Scope of This Agreement
Applies to all versions of ReBiao Intelligent Software and services. Third-party products/services are not covered; users should review third-party privacy policies.

12. Revision/Review
The company is not obliged to notify users of changes unless substantial. Users should consult the website for the latest version.
